The space can be arranged to accommodate different event formats. In a classroom or theatre-style setup, the room comfortably holds 18 to 20 attendees. For boardroom-style meetings, it seats up to 15 participants. For larger gatherings or events, the space can host up to 40 guests, depending on the specific layout and requirements.
